在某個平凡的淩晨，演員黃晸瑉突然遭陌生人綁架，起初黃晸瑉以為被整，但綁匪後來讓他了解這並非是場玩笑。黃晸瑉努力嘗試逃脫，綁匪要求必須在24小時內支付大筆贖金，這讓他體驗到現實生活比電影還要殘酷的事實……
對於參演的原因，黃晸瑉表示：「看到劇本中黃晸瑉本人遭綁架的設定，就覺得很有趣，因為實際上我沒被綁架過。但如果能將這假設的故事，以電影的方式呈現給觀眾的話，我想這會是新的作品類型，這也引發了我的好奇心。」
